The counterflow glass cooling tower is an energy-saving new product designed by the Fourth Design Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. This product applies the energy-saving fiberglass cooling tower patent obtained by the Fourth Institute. In particular, the cooling tower fan is equipped with a variable torque off-pole two-speed motor. When the temperature is low, the motor is turned on at low speed to reduce the noise of the cooling tower. In addition, using two-speed motors can significantly save energy. It has been calculated that when multiple cooling towers are equipped with single-speed motors, although some motors can be stopped when the air wet-bulb humidity is low to save energy, it still consumes more power than using two-speed motors. This product also uses the oblique trapezoidal wave filler sheet obtained by the Fourth Institute of China for square counter-flow cooling towers, which has been tested by the Beijing Academy of Water Sciences and Foshan Real Tower. Its thermal resistance characteristics are better than other fillers.
The square counterflow cooling tower has three series, nine models and ninety products
The design parameter of the industrial tower is the air wet bulb temperature cooling tower temperature drop~. The civil tower is the air wet bulb temperature cooling tower temperature drop ~. When selecting a tower, you need to know the amount of cooling water entering the tower, the water temperature leaving the tower, and the air wet-bulb temperature. The material of the cooling tower can withstand low temperatures, but when ordering in areas where the average temperature of the coldest month is lower than that, it should be stated so that anti-icing measures can be taken. The turbidity of circulating water shall not be greater than mg/L and shall not be greater than mg/L in the short term. It should not contain oil stains and mechanical impurities. Measures to eliminate algae and stabilize water quality should be taken when necessary.
The direction of the inlet and outlet pipes of the cooling tower can be rotated. The water distribution system is designed based on the nominal water flow. If the actual water volume differs from the nominal water volume, it should be stated when ordering so that some data can be modified. The cooling tower inlet water temperature does not exceed the temperature. If it exceeds the temperature, it should be stated when ordering. The installation angle of the fan blades is adjustable but the angle must be kept consistent. And the current of the motor does not exceed the rated current of the motor. The fan can be reversed at low speed for a short period of time to eliminate ice. When the water pan of the cooling tower is used as a pool, an automatic water supply pipe must be installed. A rapid water supply pipe, a sewage pipe, an overflow pipe, and an overflow pipe must be specifically mentioned when ordering.

Fiberglass cooling tower structure

It has large resistance and low thermal performance. It has good high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and flame retardancy. Electrical Machinery The Department of Electrical Engineering of Tsinghua University designed a patented product of the Fourth Institute manufactured by Yingmengjin Motor Factory, a variable torque, extremely low noise, energy-saving motor with good sealing and waterproof performance, high temperature resistance, high efficiency and low noise. Reducer power/reduction device adopts polyester fiber reinforced neoprene power belt transmission, high temperature resistance, high efficiency, does not stretch when exposed to water, overcomes slipping phenomenon, and makes little noise. The power/reduction device adopts gear reduction method and the motor is installed outside the hair dryer. The Department of Engineering Mechanics of Tsinghua University designed low-noise, high-efficiency airfoil-shaped fiberglass blades based on the parameters of this series of products, with low noise and high efficiency. The blade angle is adjustable. The water collection and distribution device adopts reflective low-pressure nozzles. For small towers, single swirl nozzles are used to distribute water uniformly and with low water pressure. The water collecting device can reduce the loss of drifting water to a minimum. Sound-absorbing facilities The ultra-low-noise cooling tower is equipped with a shield with sound-absorbing materials and a sound-absorbing grille on the air outlet of the upper tower body to achieve the maximum noise reduction effect. Sound-absorbing facilities The ultra-low-noise cooling tower is equipped with a shield with sound-absorbing materials and a sound-absorbing grid on the air outlet of the upper tower body to reduce the noise of the fan and motor. For small towers, mushroom-shaped sound-absorbing grilles are installed. The dripping noise reduction pad is specially designed for low-noise and ultra-low-noise cooling towers. The sound-absorbing pad with good water permeability is equipped with a layer of ramp plates under it to greatly reduce the dripping noise. Inspection platform The checkered steel plate inspection platform on the top of the tower is convenient for maintenance and installation. Cooling towers with shallow water trays and deep water trays in the lower tray are equipped with lower trays for water storage. According to ordering requirements, automatic and manual water supply pipes for overflow and sewage can be equipped to directly absorb water from the lower tray. The steel bracket of the cooling tower is galvanized and coated with epoxy asphalt paint. Anti-corrosion fasteners are all galvanized bolts.
